This study was conducted in the laboratory of the Department of Biocontrol Techniques at Al-Musayyab Technical College to investigate the effect of the fungal filtrate of B. bassiana at three concentrations (25, 50 and 75%) and at different periods after treatment, on the mortality of the fruit fly larvae and adults. The results obtained showed that the effect of the fungal filtrate on the mortality rate of the adult stage was significant, and the highest (10.00 %) was reached at the concentration of 75% three days after treatment, whereas the concentration of 25% produced the lowest mortality rate of the adult stages reached 5.33%, 3.00 days after treatment. The effect of the fungal filtrate on the larvae was less than on the adult stage and reached 8.33%, 3 days after treatment at filtrate concentration of 75%. At a filtrate concentration of 25%, the larval mortality rate was 4.66%. It was clear from the data obtained that the time period after treatment had a direct effect on the mortality rate until the fifth day after treatment, with no significant effect seven days after treatment for most concentrations.
